Melissa is a wonderful realtor. She answers all questions and concerns quickly and fights for her clients. She has represented us multiple times and we would choose her again if we ever needed to buy/sell.

Melissa is wonderful! We worked with her a few years ago to buy our home but when our circumstances changed, and we needed a new house she was our first call. She was up for the challenge of meeting all our needs and was very knowledgeable about the area. She kept our best interests at the forefront and wasn’t afraid to speak up for what we wanted. She went above and beyond not only finding our forever home but also selling our previous home. I recommend Melissa to everyone I know. Melissa was AMAZING!! We knew immediately after meeting with her that she was the realtor to help us sell our current home and help us buy our forever home. She was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and surrounding area and knew exactly what was needed to sell our home. Within a week and multiple offers our house was under contract. She made the process as smooth and easy as possible. We had a minor hiccup (no fault of hers) right before closing and she was able to keep everything on track and as smooth as possible and managed to keep me calm (no easy task) through the whole process. All of this while helping us put an offer and going under contract on our forever home which also had multiple offers. Without Melissa this would have been the most stressful experience. Melissa is a home-buying rockstar! We first met in 2017 when I was interested in a townhome, but I wasn't quite ready to buy then. Melissa stayed in contact with me through the next year as I got ready to purchase a home in late 2018. She coached my fiancé and I through all the home buying steps and was there to answer all our million questions. It was so helpful and comforting to have her by our side while we looked at homes, read through contracts, attended inspections, and finally signed all the paperwork at closing. When I stopped by our new construction one day and realized the wrong backsplash had been installed, I didn't even call the contractor. I called Melissa and she took care of the whole situation. Within the week, the backsplash we wanted was on our kitchen! Melissa is extremely knowledgeable in the industry, process, and area. As a new resident in North Carolina, it was important to find someone who could not only guide us through our first time buying a home, but also help us find an area we'd love. Honestly throughout the whole process it felt like we were working alongside an old friend, not just our buyer specialist. I cannot recommend Melissa Baize highly enough! We were first time homebuyers and completely clueless about the whole process. Melissa was able to provide references for everything we needed, from a mortgage broker to someone to help install new floors. She is familiar with neighborhoods all over the area and comes prepared to every showing, isn't afraid to tell you the truth and knows the signs of potential trouble down the line.

Melissa helped us make the move from Maryland. She found the right house and correct location. Not an easy task from another state. We signed a contract in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. It took 18 months to finish the build. Melissa would drive us around Raleigh to pick out options because we did not know the area. Our builder got very difficult to work with. She was our voice to the builder. She was always professional, always quick to respond and not just give an answer to brush you off. If she did not know, she would find out. I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

I don't even know where to begin regarding Melissa's level of service she provided during my real estate venture! I can say 5 stars aren't enough to rate her!  She is extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond the normal scope of duty for her clients.  She was available any time day or night for me.  This was the 2nd home she assisted my family in purchasing and both times we were just blown away by her knowledge and ability to get things done.  I as well as my family consider her a friend which is unique in the business world.  I feel completely comfortable that even now after the transaction is complete that I can still reach out to her if I need assistance.

So, Melissa met us there that day, and showed us the home. She was not pushy at all, pointed things out (that we wouldn’t have noticed) that may be issues for us, and answered a lot of our questions. We eventually decided that Melissa was who we needed to get the job done. We are very picky people! She went above and beyond for us, she always made herself available to answer any questions we had, she was never pushy, and she helped us in ways no other realtor would.

Being first time homebuyers my husband and I were referred to her by his sister. The entire process from when we initially met for the first time until offer accepted and closed was less than 5 months. With the market shifting between seller’s and buyer’s, we were skeptical on if it was even plausible. Well I’ll be damned that she didn’t pull off the impossible. Location: perfect! Price: exactly what we quoted at the start. I would say we got really lucky but that’s not a good enough word. She did what we hired her for! Appliances included and so many more little added bonuses. State of the property: not a single repair needed but of course we have plans to upgrade certain aspects in the near future. Couldn’t have gone any better than it did. She’s highly knowledgeable in the real estate industry and she’s most definitely got the client’s best interest. Worth every penny and more than we gave her! Trust me completely unbiased. You’ll want her services when it comes to finding a home you want. This might have started as a first time buyers journey but it turned out to be a hunt for our forever home. At the age of 33 and a 30 year mortgage, my husband and expecting our son to be born Mid-September we are perfectly okay with padding this home onto to him if he wants it down the line. Thank you Melissa for not letting us give up! You’ll forever hold a special place in my heart for your relentless pursuit to get us what we wanted, for what we had for a budget and in the time frame we had set.
